Yoga Classes



The Ancient Art of Releasing Tensions, Bringing Balance to the Whole Mind/Body

Class times & location

Blue Mountain Yoga+
803 Carlsborg Road, Suite D, Sequim, WA

Practice Deeply:   Tuesday & Thursday 9:30- 10:45
A class for those that have had a couple years of Yoga experience

Chair Yoga:           Tuesday 11:30- 12:45
A class that allows one to bend and be supported with the aid of a chair and not the floor

Fitness Ball:          Thursday 11:30-12:45
A powerful way to build on strength and balance

Classes are approximately 75 min.

Group classes $10.00 or $12.00 drop-in

Private classes are $50.00

Yoga Style

Classes are taught classical Yoga style, beginning with Pranayama , exploring many types of breath energy work. We finish class with Savasana (rest & relaxation).

Asana is practiced with core vitality, proper feet alignment, a neutral spine with-in the magnificence of each pose.

Vinyasa~ Practice the rhythms of the poses with attention to the transitions as you explore and expand your steadiness and strength, as the seances are turned inward and the mind calms/focuses

Classes are for students new to yoga, for people practicing at a basic level, and for those with a variety of experience ~

Group or private sessions available (space is limited)

If class times are impossible for you to attend then look at downloading “The Journey” DVD for a practice to take everywhere you go.

This was scary, FUN as well as challenging!

This YOGA DANCE was set to Michael Jackson's "Billy Jean".....it was a THRILLER !
